How to Use Shilajit Resin?
Preparing the Dose:
- Take a small piece of Shilajit resin using the wooden measuring spoon provided in the package. Typically, a pea-sized amount (approximately 250 mg).
- Dissolve the resin in 2 dcl of warm water. Avoid dissolving Shilajit in hot water, as excessive heat can degrade some of its active compounds.
- Wait a few minutes until the resin completely dissolves. You can stir gently to speed up the process.
- For best results, consume Shilajit in the morning on an empty stomach to maximize absorption and energy benefits throughout the day. Some people also take it in the evening to aid relaxation and improve sleep.
