Body S Protein Kinder Bueno
Lactose-free, sugar-free, and no unnecessary additives, just high-quality protein for women. Want to supplement your protein but don’t want to load up on sugar, artificial ingredients, or anything that doesn’t sit well with you? Then you’re in the right place. Our lactose-free WPC-80 is ideal for women who want to feel good, support recovery, and add high-quality protein – without bloating and without lactose. It’s perfect post-workout, in oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, or just when you need a quick and high-quality protein. We don’t want your protein to weigh you down, so we’ve enriched it with LactoSpore® probiotics and the enzymes bromelain and papain, which help with digestion and nutrient absorption. Want a protein that suits you? You just found it.
Body Shape Protein is designed for those who struggle to digest regular WPC and want a more digestible and cleaner protein source that the body can quickly use without bloating or intestinal discomfort. Through a gentle membrane filtration method, we’ve removed lactose from the whey protein without degrading its protein structure. This technology allows us to maintain a high protein content and the original biological availability of amino acids. Nutritionally, it’s very similar to CFM protein concentrate, offering minimal carbohydrates, sugar, and fat.

LactoSpore®
is a patented probiotic supplement containing Bacillus coagulans, a stable and resilient probiotic bacterium. This probiotic strain is unique in its ability to create protective coatings, making it highly stable and able to survive adverse conditions such as high temperatures, stomach acids, or long shelf life without refrigeration.
Main features of LactoSpore®
-
Acid resistance – Thanks to the spores, the bacteria survive the digestive tract and reach the intestines, where it is activated.
-
Stability – Unlike regular probiotics, it does not require refrigeration and can be included in various forms of supplements, including powders, capsules, tablets, or foods.
-
Immune system support – Stimulates the intestinal immune system and supports the production of antimicrobial peptides that protect the gut from infections.
-
Support for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or inflammatory bowel diseases.
-
Supports mucus production, which facilitates stool movement.
-
Regulates intestinal pH.
-
Gut microbiome support – Contributes to the balance of gut flora, supports digestion, and helps with issues such as bloating, diarrhea, or constipation.
Proteolytic enzymes
Bromelain and Papain are proteolytic enzymes, which are proteases that break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. Let’s take a closer look at their role in digestion.
Bromelain enzyme from pineapple
Origin: Found mainly in the stem and fruit of pineapple.
Enzyme type: Protease (cysteine protease).
Function in digestion: Helps break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids, which makes them easier to absorb in the gut. It works across a broad pH range (3–8), so it functions not only in the stomach but also in the intestines. For people with insufficient natural digestive enzymes, it can improve protein digestion and reduce bloating or heaviness after meals.
Papain enzyme from papaya
Origin: Derived from unripe papaya fruits.
Enzyme type: Cysteine protease (similar to bromelain).
Function in digestion: Breaks down a wide range of proteins, including meat, dairy products, and legumes. It works across a very wide pH range (3–10), meaning it remains active even in the alkaline environment of the small intestine. It is often used in digestive supplements because it helps break down proteins and aids in the digestion of heavy meals.
Bromelain and papain can complement the action of pepsin, the main enzyme for protein digestion. They help pre-digest proteins before they reach the small intestine. In the small intestine, where digestion takes place, bromelain and papain are especially effective due to their wide pH range.
Recommended protein dosage
For an average person without physical activity:
If you are not accustomed to taking protein supplements, we recommend starting with 1 scoop per day (20g) = 25 servings. Ideally, include it in the morning, mid-morning, or as a snack between meals, or in breakfast (e.g., in porridge or smoothies).
For active individuals and muscle building:
With higher physical activity and muscle growth goals, we recommend 2 scoops per day (40g) = 12.5 servings. Best times to consume: 1 scoop post-workout for quick muscle recovery. 1 scoop in the morning or during the day as a protein supplement.
Recommended daily protein intake:
Sedentary lifestyle: 0.8–1 g of protein per kg of body weight.
Regular activity and exercise: 1.2–2 g of protein per kg of body weight. Proteins should complement a balanced diet and not replace regular meals.
