The presence of Allicin in garlic and its biological properties

How is Allicin produced?

Allicin in garlic is created and released only after mechanical damage, when mechanical damage to garlic cells activates the enzyme alliinase, which metabolizes alliin to allicin.It is created only when crushing and chopping garlic.If a whole clove of garlic is consumed, no allicin is produced.To get the same effect as one capsule of Allicin from Anjolia, you would have to consume approximately 2000 cloves of fresh garlic. Recommended dosage:

2-2-2, 20 minutes before meals. The maximum daily dose is 10 capsules.
